We’re delighted to announce that our West Malling later living development for Retirement Villages Group is one of just three projects shortlisted for the 2024 Planning Awards in the “Design Excellence” category. This marks the fourth year in a row that an RCKa project has been shortlisted in a different category of the awards. The Small Sites Design Guide SPD we wrote with our friends at Ash Sakula for Lewisham Council secured the “Planning for Increased Housing Delivery” in 2023, the Nourish Hub in Hammersmith won the award for “Community-Led Placemaking” in 2022, and our Ryde Nicholson Close masterplan for the Isle of Wight Council was Highly Commended in 2021 for “Promoting Economic Growth”.
The winner will be announced at a ceremony in London on the 13th June. Good luck to all the shortlisted teams!
