We are Hiring!

We’re looking for a Senior Architect to take a leading role on a number of exciting live projects. The successful candidate will be ambitious, self-motivated and keen to progress, taking responsibility for delivering projects from inception through to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and your internal team to deliver high-quality, technically robust architecture that reflects RCKa’s values and design ethos. This role also involves providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior colleagues, supporting a culture of shared learning and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the design and delivery of projects at various stages, ensuring design quality and technical rigour.
– Take on a client-facing role, representing RCKa with confidence and professionalism.
– Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve technical and delivery challenges.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and technical standards across the studio.
– Support and mentor team members, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.

About You:

– ARB-registered Architect with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
– Revit experience essential, ideally gained on live projects.
– Strong technical and construction knowledge, with experience through RIBA Stages 3–6.
– Excellent communication and coordination skills, with confidence leading meetings and managing clients.
– A proactive, organised and curious mindset, someone who wants to make an impact and grow within a supportive team.
