In September, the office took a train down to West Malling to visit The Willowbury, our latest retirement village we are delivering in partnership with Retirement Villages Group and Keady Construction.
The project is progressing quickly on site, and we were lucky to climb up the scaffolding on one of the villa blocks to enjoy views of the rolling Kentish countryside. When complete, the scheme will provide 140 homes along with a wellness centre, gym, bar and restaurant.
The Willowbury is set for completion in early 2026 and will be net zero carbon throughout its lifespan, aiming to deliver a 20 per cent biodiversity net gain.
