We’re looking for a Studio Assistant to support the structured and efficient running of our London studio. Working directly with the Operations Director, this role owns the day-to-day administrative and coordination responsibilities that enable the practice to operate smoothly and professionally.
You will ensure systems are maintained, documentation is accurate and up to date, and communications are delivered consistently. Your work will create the clarity and organisation that allow the wider team to focus on design and project delivery.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in being reliable, organised and quietly essential within a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day office coordination and front-of-house presence, including welcoming visitors and handling enquiries.
– Coordinate meeting logistics, studio scheduling and shared calendar management.
– Maintain HR records, onboarding documentation and recruitment coordination.
– Oversee office supplies, facilities coordination and supplier relationships.
– Manage shared software licences and maintain compliance tracking.
– Support Health & Safety administration and ISO documentation.
– Maintain CPD records, training logs and document control systems.
– Schedule and publish social media content in line with marketing strategy.
– Maintain website updates, newsletters and marketing trackers.
– Support award submissions, marketing collateral and event preparation.
– Provide administrative support across governance, reporting and compliance processes.
– Coordinate weekly presentations and studio events.
About You:
– Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to work.
– Calm under pressure and confident managing multiple deadlines.
– Comfortable working in-office five days per week.
– Digitally competent (Microsoft 365 and other administrative systems).
– Proactive and dependable, someone the team can rely on.
– Interested in how a creative studio operates behind the scenes.
Essential skills & experience:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Experience in an administrative, studio or office-based role.
- Confident managing calendars, documentation and structured processes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital systems and learning new platforms quickly.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
Location: London
Salary: £29,000–£33,000 dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent (office-based, five days per week)
