We are delighted to announce that RCKa is one of twelve winners of the Geovation PropTech Innovation Challenge, a government initiative to accelerate housing delivery and support the mission to build 1.5 million homes. Each of the winners will share part of a £1.2m grant.
This funding will help us scale the proprietary AI we have developed over the last twelve months to work with planning authorities across the country to identify and unlock small site housing opportunities.
Over the next six months, we will be working closely with Lewisham Council, Ealing Council and our tech partner Blocktype to advance our research into site identification and analysis, helping to identify new opportunities for small-scale development across London.
