Tim Riley

A founding director of RCKa, and with experience in delivering large scale regeneration projects and strategic masterplanning, Tim is responsible for delivering the practice’s residential work. He also sits on design review panels for the London Borough of Harrow and Hounslow – and is chair of Hertfordshire’s Design Review Panel.

Having worked on projects including the award-winning Three Towers and Saxton Projects for Urban Splash, Tim has a keen understanding of market-sensitive development and its regeneration potential.

Tim leads projects through early strategic design and urban design stages with an opportunity-led approach to design focused on community cohesion and social infrastructure.

Tim has won seven RIBA National Awards and is responsible for organising RCKa’s Part I mentoring scheme. He is regularly involved in discussions with planners, councillors and the public around visual impact, successfully demonstrating how innovative urban design solutions can achieve high density developments and enhance neighbourhoods.
