Wendy is elected RIBA Councillor

We are very proud that RCKa’s Wendy Charlton was elected an RIBA Councillor representing the London Region. The RIBA council comprises around 60 members and is the key decision-making body for the Institute.

RIBA Council meets four times each year, either at the organisation’s headquarters in Portland Place, or elsewhere around the country. We have no doubt that Wendy’s determination and experience will be an asset to the institution.

If you’d like to contact Wendy about any issues that you’d like raised at the next meeting, please contact her through her LinkedIn page.

“Having been an RIBA member on and off for the last 23 years, I finally decided to stop moaning about it and really get involved by standing for Council. I’m keen to help re-establish the RIBA as a society that represents today’s architects, young and established, and supports its members in driving up quality, respect for the profession and therefore fees”
