Small Sites: Demystifying Development

RCKa has published a brief guide to unlocking small sites for residential development. The guide contains a brief summary of current and emerging planning policy relating to small sites, and includes a range of case studies which explore ways in which RCKa has helped public and private clients exploit challenging urban and suburban sites to deliver small, but beautiful, housing schemes.

Both the recently-adopted National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the draft New London Plan recognise the importance of small sites in tackling the housing crisis, and the guide includes a range of practical examples of how innovative design can help maximise the development opportunities that such sites provide.

If you’d like a copy of the guide please send an email to contact@rcka.co.uk, and include your name and a postal address.
