RCKa is delighted to have been appointed to the Notting Hill Genesis Development Consultants’ Framework. Commencing in the new year, we’re one of a slew of small practices – a group which includes many of our friends and collaborators – providing design services for small and specialist projects across the NHG portfolio.
The Housing Association plans to deliver 7,000 new homes across Greater London in the next five years. John Hughes, group director of development at NHG, said: “Our new framework is a key part of our commitment to better quality homes and improving the experience for our residents and helping them love their home. The membership of the framework has a greater level of diversity than we have achieved before. We want the companies we work with to reflect the communities in which we work.”
The framework runs for four years and allows for direct awards from any qualifying public sector body.
