A huge thank you to all our clients, colleagues and friends for making 2017 our most successful and ambitious year yet.
Site boots became de rigueur as significant projects commenced, from socially rich housing and retirement living schemes to vibrant enterprise and community facilities.
Our approach to realising social and economic value led to exciting new commissions for the likes of Sutton, Brent and Isle of Wight Councils, and resulted in a heart-felt planning approval for our self-funding Highgate Newtown Community Centre and housing development for Camden Council, as featured on this card.
A season of affordable housing research led to RCKa establishing our own Community Interest Company to address the lack of truly affordable housing in London, aptly named Common Home – Custom Build for Everyone. We’re hoping to announce exciting news on this in 2018 so watch this space: www.custombuild.co
This also inspired a hugely enjoyable and informative knowledge exchange trip to Vienna with all 18 members of our growing team – not so large we couldn’t all squeeze into Loos’ American Bar mind you!
