By encouraging chance meetings between neighbours, cohesive communities can be forged, encouraging inter-dependence and a sense of security, both highly valued by older people.
Our PegasusLife Hortsley project was recently featured in the Architects Journal as a building study. The review explores our take on the housing crisis and the complexities of finding an effective solution.
The scheme has also been shortlisted for this year’s AJ Awards and Building Awards ‘Housing project of the year’.
